     Our pricing for stucco and stone installation varies depending on the size of the project, type of stucco finish or stone selected, as well as intricacy of the design. Similarly, caulking prices are determined by the linear feet needed and the type of caulking material chosen.      We determine our repair pricing based on various factors such as the extent of the workload, the necessary materials, and labor costs. It is important to note that there might be instances where additional work and materials are needed to address unforeseen issues, such as the discovery of water damage.

     At Precision Plastering, we understand the importance of financial flexibility for our clients. In most cases, zero money down is needed for materials, with only a few exceptions. However, for substantial projects (excluding commercial), a draw might be necessary to ensure smooth progress and timely completion of the work.
